Hinode Means ...

   The ancient Japanese knew about China and Korea, but they didn't know of any land east of their  islands.

   They believed theirs was the first land awakened by the rising sun.

   The Japanese call their land Nippon, meaning "Land of the Rising Sun"

Sushi is not the only thing we serve.

   We serves kindness, elegant atmosphere, culture, freshness, coziness

   and variety of traditional Japanese foods, including sushi and sashimi.

   Specially, Bethesda has private room for large group of party and also all-you-can-eat buffet on lunch time.
